Instructor(s)

John Manzano

John Manzano was in pastoral ministry from 1969 through 2017. He graduated from the State University of New York with a degree in philosophy. He also attended Elim Bible College, where he subsequently taught for five years. Most of John’s ministry involved church-planting efforts in Central Virginia since 1974. John Manzano teamed up with 2 other Presbyterian Pastors who were responsible for planting a total of 10 churches. Their efforts became Grace Presbytery which grew to 20 churches in about 15 years. The passions of John’s life include leadership development, training, coaching and counseling. John and Alyson have been happily married for 55 years, have 4 sons, 3 daughters in law and 7 grandchildren, 2 of whom are married.

Josh Finley

Joshua Finley is a speaker, author and leadership coach who specializes in personal growth and organizational innovation. His passion is living a brilliant life that glorifies God and inspires people to reach their redemptive potential. He has a unique gift for making complex spiritual and leadership principles simple and actionable. He has led pastorally in large, multi-site churches, taught as an adjunct professor of a Bible College, pioneered a leadership training school and is regularly sought out by organizations such as Chick-fil-A and other business leaders for his strategic insight. Joshua has been married for 21 years to the girl he’s had a crush on since he was nine. They are raising their two teenage boys outside of Baltimore, Maryland.
